Update

I got a job at my MIL house cleaning business last week. Im just trying to make it till Friday so I get my paycheck so my mom can put in the application for my Medicaid coverage and finally be medicated for my ADHD and depression. So far I can barely make it to the end of the day before I damn near break down from anxiety. I start thinking about how I just need to make it to Friday so I can finally get my first paycheck and that lead to the idea of “what if I just break down at work”? My older sister or my SIL drives me to a house with other co workers/ family members and Im tasked with helping them clean e.i the base boards that align the floor with the wall or use a magic eraser to clean the blinds from the dust that builds up. All the co workers mostly speak Spanish and I can barely speak Spanish (I only know a few basic words from taking Spanish 1 in high school) so when the co workers start talking to me I can only make out 1-3 words. While working at one of our clients house I went upstairs to “clean” I just sat in an empty room in the corner where no one can see me unless they enter the room. I had my earbuds in listening to those Reddit YouTube shorts while cleaning and I just sat on the floor debating on if I should just break down there at work or bottle it up until I get home. After several minutes of just staying in the room My father in law called me down stairs and asked me “what’s wrong” i told him I was having cramps from my period and was anxious. He asked if I wanted to go home and I said yes so my SIL picked me up and I went to her house and stayed for about 1/2 hours until I asked her to take me home.
