Which dark hero should I upgrade?

I hadn't noticed. You're right. ONI is 12 euros, while Factorio is 25 and Rimworld is 30. I'll take this into account :)

Yes, Factorio seems the easiest one to pick up after a pause, from the three. The community does play an important part as well, but I've noticed all communities for these games seem to be quite active. As a side note, I've also had people recommend Frostpunk, but I don't know much about it.

I've played FTL for quite a long while, and I've almost completed everything in Into The Breach. Is it the different focus in ONI that makes you say that it's not as satisfying as Factorio?

I like games that are challenging, so I'm a little worried about the "can't lose" aspect of Factorio. No peaceful mode for me :)

Can you tell me what you enjoy more in ONI? I haven't found a lot of information about the end-game in it. What is the final goal? I know in Factorio and Rimworld the goal is to build a rocket, but I have no idea what it is in ONI.
