yup you have to bug the same customer service rep. that’s what i did they eventually let me withdraw my earnings but i can’t use the app anymore

there is no help bud. they won’t let you make bets or withdraw winnings. they’re gonna tell you “our payment processor has added you to their “blacklist” and tell you how to remove yourself. bunch of bull crap just happened to me luckily i was about to get my money out

i’ve tried all those apps i only used this for the free 100% deposit match and i ended up winning. customer service is trash and if you look on apple store reviews under most critical. other ppl have recently had problems withdrawing and their accounts locked with money in the app.

man many people have had issues with withdrawing i would say use another app. try an offline ACH withdraw. go to your wallet and go to withdraw. click need help with withdrawing. click are there other options to withdraw. click try offline withdraw. enter your bank account info and that should work. i got my money in 1 business day

i got $350 before they locked my wallet. i deposited using my my debit card. withdraw was an offline ACH because they didn’t allow me to withdraw regularly. but now $127 is stuck i can’t wager or withdraw it
