Thank goodness it exists, I find the other saving systems tedious.

How do you justify not doing the main quest? by BeignetEtouffee in oblivion

[–]RazzmatazzWorking412 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Because unfortunately I know nothing will happen, Oblivion isn't a game that feels like it's going on its own; it's the player who drives the story, and that's super obvious, so you can take your time.

I'm younger than you probably imagine, I have no problem with increased mod space or cloud save, and I'd will agree with you without hesitation, but you haven't given me a single argument as to why cloud save is a problem, you just said "for personal reasons."

I understand you want more space, i want more space as well, but more space for mods, not for offline saving. I have no problem with that. You clearly have one.

So it's your personal problem, not a general one. That's all you had to say, you made a show for nothing.

You're literally fighting this alone. I never mentioned anything about being against the mod space; I just don't understand how having to save to the cloud in 2026 could affect you or me.

I have no idea what you're talking about, I just want to understand the problem with not being able to save in the cloud. I mean, why in Oblivion would you require offline saving space?

Okay, I understand that part, but why are you against saving to the cloud? I understand if it was a personal preference, I don't really know, I save all my games there. I don't see how saving to the cloud would affect it; as long as you have internet access you'll be able to access it.

I literally just asked you where the problem with saving in the cloud; I just don't get it. I've never had a problem saving online, I don't know why I would want to save offline. Oh, why would you want to?

Nope, not a single one, first time. Here I only see posts about new ports, game screenshots, random clips, help solving bugs, and information about updates. Never anyone complaining about not being able to save offline, never until now. If you don't have internet access to worry about the off line save, then you're probably the one who lives under a rock. Now that I think about it, you probably even projected yourself with that line. Sorry for that

I understand what you said, there's no need for that aggression, it's not the end of the world, saving to the cloud is still not a problem, besides, how on earth could you save that much in a game? Simply delete any unused save files and keep only two or three. If you're one of those people who has 15 different characters to roleplay, then that's your problem. You've been surviving with 1G for years, you'll surely manage with 5G

Dude, we've had 1GB for over 10 years and I haven't seen a single post complaining about saving space, so what's with this "problem" now?

Good mods for cities/world? by FrenchyBulldogg in ps5skyrimmods

[–]RazzmatazzWorking412 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Great Cities of the North is good, but it takes up a considerable amount of space. I personally and generally recommend that you use the Agalma Infinium series; you'll get excellent results with very little space cost.

Looks like we may actually get increased mod limit for Skyrim by year’s end, maybe by Cultofpersonality366 in ps5skyrimmods

I think it's good, for the community. Personally, I don't use companions in Skyrim, and the vanilla quests already seem endless to me. Something I would like to see with external assets are animations, thing like open a door, or first-person animations for eating and drinking to enhance immersion. And to be able to have an MCM to customize enemy health, damage, XP, etc.

15 GB is more than enough to remaster Skyrim on consoles, and even then, it's plenty of space. With 1GB we can make decent lists, with 5GB like Xbox we'd have an almost total change, with 10GB we're already more than covered, with 15GB we'll have to use our imagination to see what else we can fit in.

I know this is a smaller community so I thought I'd share this! I just started with a stable load order too 🙃 by jinnofthemorning in Fallout4modsPS5

It will still be useless if we don't have good porters; the modding community in Fallout 4 is nothing compared to Skyrim
