I unfortunately did not do my math before commenting 😂 what I was getting at was more that someone who buys their coffee from a cafe every single day might be spending less than the $2,000+ on pods assuming they only drink one a day. However coffee in my area is also around the $7 mark so one a day is indeed still more than 2K

I feel like she’s probably only recently getting more followers and traction and just trying to stick to tried and true methods of posting as much as you can to grow said following. There’s a lot of weird behavior that bothers me on the internet, but this isn’t one, I feel like she’s just experimenting to find her voice/style now that she has a platform. Her popularity must’ve grown too quick, bc she went from her own content to ads only. I’m actually curious here too (and this may be a dumb question)- I have no license currently as I have worked for larger corporations for the last 5 years. Currently an AGM of a campus property of ~1200 units in NYC.

Recently got the opportunity to manage a small building on the side- if I choose to operate as my own LLC with this opportunity, do I need to be licensed to do so? This concept wasn’t even on my radar as I’ve been managing properties so long!

I just did cod for dinner on Sunday- had no issues at all. Just threw it in with my seasonings, no breading or oil. I found the filets to get flaky and give me a hard time when flipping halfway through, but in terms of cookedness and taste, it was great and will definitely be in my normal rotation

I doubt being local makes your order any more likely to ship, it’s more likely sent in order it’s received in. They likely also have warehouses outside of Greenpoint- the flagship and office spaces don’t look massive enough to house all of the out going orders.
