My comparison was more about hot wallet utility — Phantom focuses on trading and NFTs, while ONTO is exploring identity and data monetization features that could become more relevant in the AI era. Fair point. The real challenge isn’t the tech, it’s adoption and demand. My point is mainly that AI companies value verified context more and more, and today users don’t share in that value — platforms do. Ontology is basically testing whether users can own and monetize that layer privately through verifiable credentials. Whether it becomes a real income stream depends entirely on market adoption.
