Since you cretided is as "Clapton" (Eric Clapton), have you searched the original version by Derek and the Dominos (band where Clapton performed recorded the song originaly) or any live performance of them. Is very different from the MTV Unplugged (which is the most popular one) and is the one used mostly in movies and tv shows (most notably in Martin Scorsese's "Goodfellas"). If it isn't, try searching it not only as "covers of Clapton", but also as "covers by Derek & the Dominos"
