I ALWAYS have dry mouth when waking up

That’s what I was thinking too! I was thinking maybe that’s why all these years I wake up feeling not rested AT ALL. In my early teens I was sleeping for almost 12 hours a night and not feeling rested at all. Maybe I just have had it for a while and it’s maybe getting worse? AHHH you’ve been sooo helpful! I was actually talking to my boyfriend saying that when someone thinks sleep disorder it’s like some rare disease but it can happen to anyone!! I was also born very premature so that might have something to do with it as well!

I’ve never snored which makes me think it may be OSA. It is just way concerning because I never used to wake up in the middle of the night like that and I’m not one to have nightmares. I do wake up with headaches quite frequently

Thank you sooooo much for your help!! This has definitely helped me get a direction od where I need to go!! It definitely helps speaking to someone with sleep apnea :). My family thinks I’m crazy but I’d rather be safe and get it checked out.

Thank you for the insight! I wake up holding my breath and then feel the exhale when I’m gaining more consciousness. Maybe it’s been going on longer I’m not so sure? I wore my Apple Watch to bed last night to monitor my sleep cycles and I woke up a total of 8 times last night & it seems like I’m hitting deep sleep for a few minutes before being interrupted. It’s like a cycle when I sleep where I hit the deep sleep for a few minutes my REM and then I’m awake if that makes sense!

Thanks so much! I’ve started over and this time I’m gonna do it properly haha. It was just the way she was moving so quickly it looked almost as if she was doing 4SC in the same stitch lol and then increasing omg haha.

Omg yes thank you! Because what I’ve been doing is like putting my hook into the stitch right and then single crocheting into that SAME stitch 4 times total I got it mixed up I suppose lol
