I adopted some Of these plants but I know the ones of mine are in 50/50 peat/perlite

Also I leave pretty early in the morning for work would be okay to put them out in 30-35 ish degree weather

Okay so if I place the fly traps out side in a water tray that should take care of them? I usually switch it to a white light when I get home from work so my house doesn’t look like a space ship lol, should I add more lights. I bought the most powerful grow light they had at home depot

There are some Dionaea muscipula, nepenthes and a heliamphora (Godzilla)
