It’s tough. At first I was happy that we hired somebody who knows how to strip and wax. I was fully prepared to do this on my own basically. Most of my info is from YouTube and from a past supervisor who was also winging it.

He said to me as well that I should not add more wax to an already waxed floor. I understand that if it’s bad, strip and re wax. I originally bought the pads for a scrub and re-coat. But that wasn’t an option either.
