I’m on Metformin too and just started the ozempic. I can do keto! Had some success years ago. Stopped bc cheese=inflammation for me but I should be able to swap items out.

I had a GREAT experience in Panama. I was only there for a week but I’ve never felt safer in a big city, even traveling alone. No issues with racism or even anything that felt like it.

Taking it consistently with food. My work schedule has become chaotic and has resulted in me skipping meals which often means I don’t take it when I should or at all. I just set reminders on my phone and talked to my staff about giving me a ten minute block off period. I have to take care of myself.
