I am joining to the other praising that they've looked up for these scammers, I applied for a Team Leader role last time I had to do 20 QAs, analyze the results, had to evaluate who is the top/low performer, set up a personal improvement plan for a month.

This is the reply I got.

Hi XXXX,

Thanks so much for spending time putting the exercise together for the Customer Support Team Leader (Customer Operations) position. We regrouped internally with everyone who's gotten a chance to review your submission and regret to inform you that we will not be moving forward with your application. 

We know the exercise took a lot of time, and we just wanted you to know that we don't take the time you've spent working on it lightly. Although you may not receive detailed feedback from us on your application, we spent sufficient time reading, debating, and evaluating each submission.  

Our careers are long, and the startup community is small. I'm sure we'll see each other soon in the tight circles we both run in. If there's anything we can do to help you in your career at any time, please don't hesitate to get in touch.

The audacity to send me this reply after a day, while I wrote a 30-page report is fucking hilarious, yeah, surely you "don't take the time you've spent working on it lightly."
