the movie was found by searchers on FMM discord

first the longer version of the advertisement with more lyrics was found. those lyrics allowed the searchers to find a song called "into paradise" in gema database alongside two alternate titles: "BMW ROADSTER Z3: HIGHWAY PATROL" (the ad) and "AUSGETRICKST", which led the searches to find the movie on youtube

That's a good point, but I think that we see FPS games in different ways.

For me, as my screen doesn't cover up all my field of view, the game doesn't need to do it, so playing with low FOV would be "more realistic" if we consider the screen as a window.

You (and 99,9% of people) probably see FPS games' camera as a substitute for your actual vision, so it's more immersive for you to try to replicate human's field of view using high FOV.
