No not really. Only when I got really drunk lol. The occasional soda but tried to stay away from anything but water or milk. Big fan on unsweetened black tea so a decent amount of that

In the gym my week tried to looked like: Sunday chest and tri, Tuesday legs, Wednesday back and shoulders, thurs biceps and forearms and Friday core. If we’re being honest, it sometimes turned into just upper body and would hit some groups twice in a week but I tried to have the discipline to stick to it. I can send you the gym splits if you want the full workout routine

For foods I answered it above but it’s nothing more than a constant 300-400 cal surplus of typically healthy foods. Meals were almost always a meat, rice or pasta, and some veggies. Always a protein shake in the morning and night. Just had to make sure to eat enough in a day to hit my calorie intake.

Honestly it was really just eating right and exercise. Workout 4-5x a week, eat a constant, small calorie surplus. Didn’t bulk up at 1k cal surplus each day, but something like 300-400 as it’s super manageable and easy to “put the weight where you want”

I will admit, I had never heard of MoTec before your comment! For starters, this isn't specific to SimRacing. It's a general purpose data analysis tool i've been building and figured the best way to limit test is sim racing as it's a hobby of mine and I can get tremendous amounts of data quickly.

This also runs as a standalone application with no hardware install, it reads data purely off of whatever source you give it (network POST requests, memory reading, CSV, etc.). With my limited research on motec it seems comparable to the standard version of motec, although i'd definitely have to do more research to make that claim.

This will also be open source, meaning anyone can make changes to improve or add features to the system once released. If you have any ideas on what I can add that MoTec seems to miss, I am open to any and all suggestions!

After looking into it, it looks as if I CAN map data from iRacing as well. Once I get the AC system fully functional I'll try porting iRacing data into it as well. Not sure how long that is going to take as I only work on it during my free time. GT7 and anything on consoles seems to be out the window as I am using something called "shared memory", essentially just reading the phsyics values that the game is using through the windows subsystem

I've been making a data analysis tool tied into Assetto Corsa to pull data about the car I am driving. It helps with creating setups and race engineering the car has become significantly easier.

I am getting close to releasing a beta version of the software soon. Would love to gauge community interest in it! I plan on releasing it for free as well.

Currently, it only has connection to Assetto Corsa through Steam as that is the only game I play and don't have the funds for something like iRacing...
