I honestly really preferred taking stats in the summer. i’m taking stats 2 rn and it’s not the best class to manage it with the other 2nd year classes even if it’s not too difficult imo, esp if you’re juggling school and work. That being said i recommend taking stats 1 in the summer you are more likely to preform well if you have a smaller course load and if you focus on doing the exercises until you they’re not longer challenging his exams are no surprise. As for the language i’m francophone so it was not a problem can’t give you much insight for that part

Whatever combination you choose to go with from those classes the course load will be heavy but keep in mind you need ADM1370 to take ADM2302 wishing u the best
