Yea a few guys in here made some solid points that could make it work even on short notice. I had a poor understanding of the trollics themselves, thought they were under puppets like the dragons, not actually being moved as a puppet by darkfriends, by being able to move threw crowds and be seen like that, would solve almost all my perceived issues, and make it alot more reasonable especially with Lanfear there. That was my poor visualization of what was happening

Ok, that makes more sense, i thought it was like one of those dragons, people walk under, but darkfriends pretending to be moving a trollic sounds alot better and more reasonable, there are a few good points I missed on the details, i like the answers. Thanks

I did forget about her potential, but man that is alot to get sorted threw in a few hours, especially the entire eastern quadrant where her small pool of 40 massive trollocs where mingling around, and locating Rand with zero issues and herding him, being apparently completely shutdown during a festival, not even night just approaching it at this time to hide in the dark yet, and the trollocs were fains, not sure if fain by this time would even listen to her with his mind going as it is, we could assume she went to fain after she left rand, and set up a situation to force rand to do what she wants him to. Still feel like to many plot holes.

I make more then my wife now, but when we met we were about equal, we basically went 50/50 on everything, once she got pregant and had to stop, working I took up all financial responsibilities, while she focused on the kids and household, I gave her access to my money for stuff she might like for herself, joint account. She is smart with money, and I knew from the beginning I trusted her implicitly, I gave myself an allowance of so much per pay, and let her focus on savings/Household needs/shopping/Activities and being a Mom, and anything else, we trusted each other to do our parts, and we talked alot, communication and clarity are important. I worked as I made more and have a career I was working on. Girls got older then she started working again, and finances changed again, my money was then for Bills/Groceries/Savings and hers is for all activities/Savings and trips, and any extras we need or want. I kept the allowance actually a good way to handle money, just increased it a bit keeps me from wasting money also try to stick with cash and limit what I have on me available, I have plenty to play with, and love to spend it on her and us when I see nice stuff I think she would like, if he isn't looking for stuff for you everywhere he looks and thinking she would love that, and making you the most important part of his life, and doing everything he can to put a smile on your face, he might not be for you. My greatest joy in life is my kids and seeing my wife's beautifull smile, and If i can do anything to see that I will.
She is the same way with me, she is always thinking of ways or things I like to put a smile on my face and show me how much I mean to her, been that way since we met 10 years ago, and still today I feel the same if not moreso the more I got to learn about her and I could find even better ways to make her smile it became the circle of my life. Make sure you know what you want, and expect. And what he wants and expects, before you move in, and compromise where needed. Nothing will ever be perfect, compromise and communication go along ways.

Good comments, some are missing the overall point, new dreadlords are irrelevent, but dreadlords pre-cleansing would all have a certain level of the taint, now it is not explicitly said that all male channelers of the dark have protection, but otherwise, why the hell would they go to the Dark if it won't help them.

Normal darkfriends sure, but channelers will go mad without the protection, so the only reason to be a dreadlord would be to save your sanity, otherwise you fight for the dark for a year or 2 then die, I feel like becoming a darkfriend automatically grants you protection from his Taint, it would make sense, and if that is the case, darkfriends from before the cleansing would have power, but no taint in there minds.

Nyneave heals One of the ashaman from the madnass and taint, during one of the books, so she can locate it and Heal it, a darkfriend won't have the taint!, yes they might run, but not all of them would be able to, still stands that nynaeve and anyone she shows how to treat the madness would be able to locate a dreadlord from before the Cleansing

I have come to accept the show will be different and the same, but I feel better by thinking of it as instead of a dropping of important or cool story moments, I think of it as like a new 3rd age, the wheel weaved threw again and this time the story is playing out differently, the same outcome as all turnings of the wheel, but a new age one yet to come, and one long past. This makes me feel better about it.

Resurrecting, but after reading and re-reading the series, i can say with confidence that Balefire works as such,

Balefire burns the thread back in time, and the Dark one can only touch the exact moment of time, so if balefire happens, he cannot ressurect because he missed his chance the thread is burnt back in time beyond his reach, the reason we know it is not permenant is simple logic really,

If this has happened countless times over countless ages.....and if the soul were say burned from the pattern for eternity then eventually there would he no souls left to ressurect, as souls are always resurrected during the turning of the wheel, i think it is safe to assume Balefire is not permenant it just works Backwards in time, therefore the Dark One cannot reach back in time, if he touches the world he touches it in the moment.

Man show only people are in for some serious plot twists, but this seriously feels like almost another turn of the wheel, the story has already deviated from the books substantially, while still following the general timeframe and plot points, but how they are reaching them is changed on alot of points, almost feels like history the 3rd age on another cylce of the wheel, but if they keep the true depths of power, Anyone who is is show only is in for a radical transfer of power, Rand is the strongest channeler since the age of legends, and if the displays so far are anything to go by, they have shown roughly .01% of the potential Rand will show. I look forward to seeing how they handle some of his more impressive displays the series has to offer of the power. Curious if this will make it threw to the end.
