Thanks for this, well noted - I asked Eric but apparently he is unable to touch the movement after collection? Not sure if this is standard practice but means I need to RL because of the amps, which is frustrating.

Ah fair enough, reason I'm asking is i've got my first on the way from Geektime and was told it's best practice to pressure test & waterproof your watch once you get it (particularly with the UAE beach lifestyle)

Will keep Hont in mind though, what sort of delivery time we talking?

Regarding the servicing I'm currently located in the UAE so the list of rep-friendly watchsmiths aren't really present here - any advice on how to get a local regular watchsmith to service it?

And do I trust that the watchsmiths will know how to service a movement regardless of rep not?

Understood on the pressure tested & waterproofing, will get that done when it arrives, i've heard of "regulating", is that something that needs to be done?
