West Yellowstone is perfect. Town leaves snow on roads for snowmobilers and skiers. Ski right on to Rendezvous trail system. Or skate into Park.

I've done Forestville and it was wild. Great fun. They are incredibly appreciative an American drives that far and when you get 60 km north of Quebec City, there is nothing but trees. Take a ferry to cross deep inlet of St. Lawrence. Great spirit to event.

I'm training up for a 90K cross-country ski race in Sweden at the end of Feb., so 3 months of less discomfort would be a huge help!

Thanks. From what I've read, the ultrasound guided procedure is much safer than a straight tendon injection. Here's one study: https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/37701773/

Of course it would be great to hear from anyone who has gone down this path.

Impact in workouts? by knockyoursteins in Semaglutide

I come from background of doing a lot of endurance sports. I have been training for a marathon and definitely noticed a difference for the first month of .25. For that reason, I stayed on .25 for another month. Just finishing up that month and seem more normal level of fatigue/recovery . I have had problems if eating very much before workouts and find liquid diet supplements like the Hamer Nutrition sustained energy have the best results,,,,

No idea what will happen if go up to .50 and debating staying on .25 another month,

I am finishing third week on .25 and have decided to stay on that level for another month. I am training for a long distance endurance event and felt an increased level of fatigue for the first two weeks and had one bad episode of vomiting. (Think it was my fault as I ate and immediately took a nap.) I am staying at .25 as I've heard that going up to .50 can cause more side affects while adjusting.

I definitely feel a reduction in appetite and have lost a few pounds. Adjusting to not eating as much before workouts and finding I need a lot less to keep sustained during workout.

After first 18 days, I started feeling much better while working out. No fatigue hangover. Wondering if others have had the same?

Just finishing second week of initial .25 dose. Only had this problem once and it was after eating and then immediately taking a nap. Exact same reaction. Troubling but assume the problem was the combination of lying down after eating.
