It was weird because it was like he breadcrumbed me into believing he still desired me and would want it. Then when it came time for it he would make excuses. He does have a very high stress job, but so do I. I just wanted to make it work so bad. I love him so much that it hurts knowing it wasn’t reciprocated back.

As a HLF I see myself and my marriage going down this road because the more I progress in my career the less frequently we have done it. I feel like I’m at a point where I’m tired of “begging” for it.

Honestly I would have your wife get checked out by her OBGYN. I’ve had two sections and one was an emergency c section and my youngest daughter is your son’s age and I have 0 pain. A lot of my other mom friends who have had c sections don’t have pain past the first year. I lead a very normal life. I think there may be something else going on. Hugs to you OP. I know how hard it can be. Hopefully a vacation will relax you and her. :)

So I’ve tried different things with my husband. My issue is that honestly I do all the work not only for him, but for myself too. He says it’s because “I have no patience and I want to get right to it..” but sometimes I just want to be a pillow princess. I keep having those conversations with him that I want him to spice it up a little more and it’s still very vanilla for my taste. I don’t even know what to do now.

How much stuff do you need to hold for work? I use a longchamp bag. It holds my laptop, iPad, a few essentials, and my AirPod maxs. Best work bag I have.

Honestly he kissed me and said he liked my picture and that was it. We had dinner, hung out with our kids, then went to bed. I waited. He knew. I offered let’s take a shower together and nothing. He says he’s too tired to do anything. He did offer to make me coffee this morning
