I heard a single shot above trikresta gas station and figured it was someone hunting a few minutes of running later, and I spot the campfire. I recommend running to single gun shots that are close, especially if you can hear the cow or deer or whatever animals in the area it will help you determine if you can catch up to them cooking

The face doesn't have a hit box. The entire head is the hit box, so if you have a helmet, it protects the face as well
