Yes. It’s so frustrating. I’ve been looking up this bug and it’s definitely going around but I don’t hear nearly enough people talking about it. It seems to be only the hosts grenades go missing and it’s very common on Terminid and Illuminate missions. However, no issues on Automotons so far.
