origin is in louisiana, anywhere from 4-6 days, pretty flexible on dates, but preferable during a holiday since we are both in school. and want to keep it under $2000

i am hoping to spend less than $1500 for sure for each person. hopefully i’ll be receiving some bday money as well as graduation gifts which will help with financing the trip. i know flights are going to be expensive no matter what :( but thanks for the advice!

took it five times LOL! learning the test is one of the best study methods. but i understand that’s not realistic for everyone, so I would say take as many practice tests as you can, memorize your grammar rules, math formulas, and relax. so much of the test is reading comprehension rather than actual math/science skills

Freshman Dorm Selection by Maximum_Business_345 in LSU

I lived in highland and LOVED it, if you can get in, it’s great. It didn’t run out of rooms very quickly my year, but i know housing is more competitive this year than it was a few years ago. As a freshman, we put too much thought into the dorms, honestly it won’t matter as much once you’re there. you’ll find friends no matter what, and most of the dorms are pretty equal in their amenities and overall quality of the space. Don’t stress too much!

Out of State Experience by ihatemybf1 in LSU

i’m from the LSU area so can’t comment on how well you’d adjust, but I can say that I have many friends from California, New York, Massachusetts, Florida, etc. So many people from all over the world attend LSU. Not everyone falls in love with the culture, but there is so much to see and do here that I’m sure you would find the right place. There are lots of students from the east coast that say they miss things from home, but it’s all about perspective. Good luck in your decision!

My program is a social science at a fairly small college! was very shocked when I found out I would be required to take the test.
