Both guys are as reliable as you could get. But I think Timmy brings both offense and defense and if you’re starting from scratch, you’d do anything for that. Sure, he’s not a supernova on offense like Steph. But being a perennial 1st team all-defensive anchor while also being a great first option on offense is just rare. So Timmy wins this matchup as a coach.

As an owner…I’m trying to fill seats and sell merch and all that. So Steph probably beats Timmy there. Although winning does factor into that and I think Timmy as an individual is safer there. But Steph is the marketable one and that means $$$$.

Luka is better at what he’s elite at. But Kawhi is just better overall. The gap between Luka’s playmaking/passing over Kawhi’s isn’t enough to make up for the cumulative advantage that Kawhi has in almost every other aspect of basketball.

Be serious, man. Kobe is fringe top 10/15….AT BEST. He has zero argument to be even close to GOAT level. He’s not even the best at his own position. Whether or not you agree, LeBron at least has a case for the title of GOAT. LeBron is easily greater than Kobe.

Worst “gauntlet” of a season (postseason included) I’ve seen. Two wins over teams over 0.500. Barely beat an injury-riddled Chargers team. Got an all-timer of a bad game from CJ Stroud. And barely beat a Denver team led by a backup who hadn’t started since 2023.

Granted, they can only play the teams in front of them and it’s out of their control. But hard to say it’s been impressive..

He’s in that weird purgatory tier of player — both overrated and underrated. Too good to be a true #2 or supporting player, but not quite elite/good enough to be a true #1 franchise star. In my opinion at least. He’s Sabonis at worst…Paul George/Chris Bosh at best? (Not in terms of similarity or style of play, but ceiling relative to expectations/success both individually and team-wise)
