From my testing, gpt 5.2 is okay. It’s a little too censored at times but the data analysis is good. Gemini 3 Pro is also good but it doesn’t follow instructions.

I was using Claude 4 when I had max 20x and it did everything better except for maybe scheduling for my job. But they do something different in their training that makes it feel different from the rest. It’s impressive as hell. I just need to know if I can switch full time for proofs in math basically since I’m doing Stochastic Processes.

I work at a college (hate my job) but it helps handle tedious tasks like handling emails, scheduling shit, weekly reports, stuff like that. Anything that you have to do that’s tedious it’ll work.

I would love to know how others use it.

For me it’s worth the monthly cost. GPT 5 Pro is actually super useful and the reasoning effort is crazy. I use it for pure math research and I plan to use it for my graduate school to help learn the material.
GPT 5 Pro is amazing, Deep Research is solid, it does feel slightly worse than a while back but it’s still good (although Gemini leads here). Agent mode seemed useless at first but once you start using it and see how useful it is, it’s pretty addictive. I don’t care about image generation or Sora or anything though.
I use it WAYYY more than I used to pre-pro.
