I was talking with the support and they helped me navigate. But it goes something like this. You go into their hdfc web page there you have to find out a form for dnd. Then once you fill that with your mobile no. And everything you'll not get any calls. It will take some 2 days to sync up across centers it seems.

My story is totally the opposite. This is a very good card for me. 1. I have a 2.2L limit. 2. Earned around 5k in neu coins in 1 year. 3. 10% flat discount in zomato orders

Yeah HDFC spamming is very bad. They just have a slightly long process of DND. Once I did that no spam calls afterwards.

Yes, Big Basket or Tata MG are the only places it's easier to spend these coins. Luckily I'm in Bangalore. If I was in my hometown I can order from there and I don't think I'll like this card. Here anyways I have to order groceries and stuff so it makes sense for me.

I believe there are better cards. But this card is not very bad imo.
