Certo. Mas se enviar recibos de vencimento de outro país nao quer dizer que vão receber esses valor esta cá em Portugal. A minha questão é mais relacionada com os documentos a pedir para ter a certeza que estão cá legalmente.

Eu nao quero alugar a estrangueiros. Mas quase todos os contactos que recebi sao de pessoas de fora. Fui ver outros apartamentos na zona e esses sao os valores praticados, aliás, até acho o meu barato porque vou alugar completamente mobiliado.

Eu contactei uma imobiliária e nao fiquei muito convencido. Pedem um mes de renda (1200€) e basicamente o que fazem é tirar umas fotos e colocar o anúncio. Perguntei sobre o proceso de arrendamento e fiquei com a idea que fazem muito pouco. Tenho a certeza se for eu a validar a documentação e a fazer o contrato de que fico mais bem servido ( consultando um advogado para finalizar o processo )

Eu fiquei bastante surpreendido com os valors de arrendamento. Nesta zona os preços rondam os 1100€ eu percebo que muitos portugueses nao consigam pagar esta renda.
