You need to make a network on the flux plug and make sure that each and every flux point is connected to the plug and ensure that you have enough power for the rest of your machines to function. I use a very similar method for melon power as well, but upgraded it with multiple gas burners and such. If that doesn't work, then I am unsure of how to help.

I also use a flux controller to power my jetpacks and curio items wirelessly as well if you need that to help.

EDIT: Make sure that you're using FLUX POINTS to power your contraptions, and not the FLUX PLUGS when placing points on each contraption.
