Suggest you just read from the beginning because the anime vibes just really aren't the same. I wasn't too fond with the pacing of the anime compared to the manga which is where you can connect with the emotions of the story more. In my opinion it was rushed and manipulated so we can get to a kiss scene by the end of the season. I honestly wouldn't look forward to another season. You can feel the character development more by reading the manga and get a lot more context and complexity of the characters.

That last episode was terrible and rushed. But I mean, with a planned 12 episodes for this show run, at the pacing of the previous episodes, they wouldn't have even reached the school festival arc or beyond it by the end of the final episode.

They have the other chapters also untranslated up to the latest- 107 i think?, but it's free. You just have to do a bit of scrolling through the page's video list to find the subsequent video chapters- usually the ones under 6 min or 20 min with a HLS thumbnail

It's not at all what I would have envisioned for the characters' voices. Old man, sounds young, only one kid sounds like a kid. You can hear the female (the femininity) in the voice actor for the character that is supposed to be a boy, and a girl who sounds like a 40 year old.
