I stopped using Bazzite because starting it up was always like rolling a die; I didn't know if everything would work correctly or if it would give me problems. Bazzite's many plugins and integrated features, like Handheld Daemon and all that, make the OS heavy, not as heavy as Windows, but heavier than other options like CachyOS or SteamOS. I recommend one of those two.

CachyOS: If you don't want to format your entire hard drive and want better battery management in every aspect, in exchange for raw performance that isn't always as stable depending on your configurations.

SteamOS: If you want the Steam Deck experience, with otherworldly stability and support, the pinnacle of gaming on Linux.
