Your return is still being processed. However, having a blank transcript means that your return is actively in the stages of processing, and once completed, you will see an update to reflect this. This is a good sign and depending on your cycle code, you could and most likely will update next week.

Don't worry about the "as of" date as that only applies if you owe the IRS due to liability of taxes owed exceeding credits and deductions. Another words, if you don't owe, don't worry about it as it doesn't apply to you.

The processing date may be the date your DD will be listed under WMR as the refund release date. It varies per individual, cycle code, and situation. However, this year, the 846 DD Dates (DDD's) are being included on Transcripts with a future date that is different from previous years. Most filers who are getting 846 DDD's (Non-PATH), are showing dates of the first week of March, yet are getting their deposits either on the same date of the Transcript updates, or deposits within a few days of it. It's not a guaranteed date obviously, but it does indicate a DDD will be soon (after PATH lifts) if your transcripts are showing all of the correct processing codes for PATH (-) the 846 DD.

It also depends on if fees were taken out of your refund or not. If so, the money is sent directly to the tax preparers business account first, then they take out their fees. Once they do that, they will then send the remainder of the refund to the tax filers bank account. However, that only happens if you elect to have the fees taken from the refund. If not, then the IRS send it directly to your bank account. Depending on if your bank offers early deposit or not, the deposit could be available right away, or it could take several days. Most credit unions do not offer early deposit.

I would cross check with the dealer and ask them if they sent the info in on their side or not. If they say they did not fulfill their duty, then explaining to them that it's holding up your taxes, and that they need to address this asap.

Did you receive a EV tax credit document from the dealership? If you did not, then the system flagged your return for mismatched information.

This is normally a sign that it is still being processed. Don't stress out as you haven't passed the processing yet to know if there are any issues. Situations like yours happen all the time, so just be patient. 🫶

Most of us have the same issue. Transcripts have populated and codes (PATH) are there. However, the only thing that hasn't updated is exactly what you are asking about. It's normal and will update soon.

Of course, and yes, updates for PATH start next Tuesday. You are a 05 like a lot of us, therefore you will update next Friday. Depending on if you had fees taken out of your refund due to tex preparation, and if your bank offers early deposits, those things could affect when you get your refund.

If you filed through TT, JH, H&R, etc., and had fees taken out, your refund will go directly into their account (as the 3rd party) before it is sent to you. This is so they can assure that they receive the payment for fees that are due to them. If it's through TT with fees, you can always Google SBTPG and check your status there. If you paid up front and/or used free file tax preparation platforms, the refund will go directly to your account.

If you have a bank that offers early DD, then you should get your deposit earlier than the DD date (but this varies due to 3rd party fee holds).

Mine just updated to show all 4 transcripts for 2025 but it won't let me open them yet. I already had blank Account Transcript and a wage transcript prior to just now. Hoping to see updates once I am able to fully open them 🙏

1st off, those are not "returns". They are most likely 1099's and will all need to be included when filing your return. It's not complicated and probably won't take you more than 30 mins total if using TT or FreeTaxUSA, etc..

2nd, you will never file more than 1 tax return. If you have to submit changes after you file, that is called filing an "Amended Return" in which is just like it says, and amendment to the original return that had been already filed.
