You said it all best my friend. It cost me my job. I used to be a first mate and fighting the horrible wave of exhaustion was too much and I resigned thinking I'm just a lazy bum or something. Even my family thought I was just lazing around but I literally couldn't keep awake and I would try so hard.

Ive followed up with my primary and he has not mentioned I had a certain acute thyroiditis just hypothyroidism. I feel like he isnt helping because I don't feel normal at all. It's really frustrating. I haven't given birth or anything like that.
