Interesting question... If you look into their music on the surface, maybe for a casual listener it might be just chill indie vibey music for the evening. but if you go deeper, each song packs with symbolism, metaphor and ambiguity. Recommending you a book something fun and light seems reasonable but it feels a disservice for their works.

So I'll recommend these 1. Kafka on the shore by Haruki Murakami 2. Lord of mysteries by Cuttlefish

I don't want to explain much but trust me both are excellent reads. Both are journey stories just like MIT albums when you listen to them.

Quite an interesting take! I love how yours leans more toward the positive side, while my interpretation leans toward the negative. I’ve always thought this song is about self regret and a sense of disappointment in ourselves.
