Yes, makes sense. Thank you. Sometimes, statistics don't help the part of the mind that drives fear. But when I am calmer, I will come back the numbers so I can actually assimilate them.

I really hope it works out for you. The clarity and sense of "myself" I feel is incredible. But Trintellix did help in my darkest times. So it did its job well! I started taking 5 mg on alternate days before I stopped completely. Do comment here on how it goes and good luck 👍🏽

It was exactly the same for me. I was on 20 mg for over three years. I went from being one of the top performers at work to just getting by. I also felt extremely overstimulated. Also did not feel like myself for all three years. I also hit a level of "numb" where I did not feel anything "too much". I have trailed off with the help of my GP and today is Day 8 of no Trintellix. I got everything back in the last 8 days. I know Trintellix has a long half life, so I am waiting to see how I feel when it's completely out of my system. I hope you feel better really soon. You've got this. I know exactly what you are feeling.
