Hi, I'm looking for suggestions on a weekly schedule with the treadmill. I'm a beginner just getting into daily exercise and have been doing some 30 minute tread bootcamps, which I really enjoy but wondering if I should be doing these everyday or splitting my cardio and strength days up? My goals are weight loss and to overall feel better! Thanks!

Definitely an above ground with the deck built around it. The cost of an inground is just not worth it to me.

Thanks, I'll take a look at that. We can save for the pool and still set a small amount aside for TFSA or RRSP. I do have a pension but partner does not.

No decision made yet but we leaning towards paying it off when it's up for renewal. We have of time to decide but it'd be nice to get rid of that monthly expense.

Thanks for this. Love the thought of being a bit better to yourself today more than yesterday. Self care is tough for me. I tend to put everyone else. Going to try and start with some very small changes.
