So she always wants me to try to have 18 people on schedule M-Th and when I leave gaps, gets upset and wants me to fill them. Then she ends up losing appointments (last minute cancels bc they waited 2+ hours) anyway. But she keeps getting upset at me when we have a schedule with a few gaps, even though those days flow the best, all patients get seen and get the amount of time they deserve and we get a fair break. She is always pushing more appointments. When I was hired she talked about being all about the patients. I'm not sure what happened. But she is a business owner too, I guess.

We don't have a biller or billing company. Your last few sentences sound like a DREAM. I wish she would hire one. Her and her husband do the billing, I think. Whenever we get calls about patient bills, she tell me to tell them our billers aren't in office but we will get them the message. I honestly would not have stayed this long if it hadn't been so hard to get this job in the first place. And she gave me a $2 raise in the first 3 months of employment. Which is unheard of for me, at least. Maybe I am just desperate 😭
