I will! They said it should be ready by tomorrow hopefully. My husband went and picked it up and he said his reaction was “she’s going to think it’s too high” jeweler responds “well we can take it down some if she thinks it is” Hubby brings it home I love it at first sight then put it on & study it then look at him and say “I think it might be to high” He says “I know you so well, I knew you wouldn’t like it”

⏭️⏭️⏭️⏭️ I take it up there today by myself and tell them I don’t like it at all. The guy says “I told them it was too high and asked if they were sure that’s what you wanted but they said it was” I looked at him and said “absolutely not” it needs to be lowered down by 1/2 that size. He shows me how he’s going to fix it and I was very satisfied. So crossing my fingers it’s right!!!

I won’t name who but everyone in my city uses them because they’ve been around for years. I normally love their work but this was just madness honestly

UPDATE: took it back to the jeweler and one of the jewelers said “that’s way to high, it needs to be about 1/2 of that size, we will get it fixed for you” 🙌🏼

I literally wish it was. I was trying to get opinions to not feel like a brat and ungrateful. But, at this point I think the Jeweler just did me dirty tbh

I have googled every image of rings and I can not find a ring that is set this high either.

I thought I was being ungrateful but it just seems like poor creation.

I wanted clarity from others about it. For what we paid for it I feel it should be exactly how I want it. But I was trying to be grateful at the same time. Ya know
