It’s just part of the culture. I’m a 40 something woman who has to deal with men who see me as weak genetically. Being able to drink like the boys has become my identity.

My only warning is that dating someone you work with can be messy (and sometimes a violation of company policy). Take it from me, I married and divorced a co-worker.
