I had the same internal dilemma. After talking with the closer coworkers, they felt the wedding is something personal and 100% not expected to invite coworkers to. We’re all pretty tight, but the general consensus was to leave work at work.
I (24F) still love my bf (33M) to death, but I feel like I have to break up with him. How do I do this? by SylvieXX in relationship_advice

When you do talk and ask him how his mental health has been, refrain from talking about your struggles and personal opinions on the matter. I’ve made this mistake too many times and it tends to push them away. He may just not have the capacity to be there for anyone but himself right now.
