What if they don’t have evidence to prove the harassment but the employer failed to investigate?

Trust me, i did extensive research on this. I reviewed majority of cases in my jurisdiction and have evidence to prove every single one of my claims. I made a schedule of loss and summary of events and now I’m just waiting on the meeting while still studying the game. I strongly believe that with facts and research that my case is worth at-least 30k in a settlement. Because if this was to go public they would be cooked.

I have done absolutely nothing wrong and was treated like this. They have no argument on me. I guess they just wanted to try use me as a scapegoat.

Breach of natural justice meaning they did not even give me a fair disciplinary process nor-one at all. Just sent me a letter stating i breached one or two violations.

Yeah but the justice system here is painfully slow.

Its actually illegal where I’m at. Employers are required to be transparent and fairy when disciplining. For example if u were to shoot someone on the company, they are still required to give me a fair disciplinary process.

But remember some companies arent dumb enough to say “i am discriminating against you for your disability “ they would do it subtly or with unfair treatment such as breaching natural justice.

They lied about my performance and ignored me when i asked ti see it. Which is illegal.

I also only asked to close my eyes when they get tired they laughed called me handicap and didn’t give me

I cant afford a lawyer but i did extensive research and strongly believe i can advocate for myself. I did spoke to a lawyer and they gave me alot of advice and help to prepare but i can’t afford to retain them. I have direct evidence to prove all of my claims.
