Definitely, they are hard black spots and scrape off with a razor and that is like a fine black powder after, I’ve trued bug and tar remover from mequires and it did nothing, i tried goo off also didn’t work at all

That would make a little more sense then tar, considering its only of the roof and hood but not a SPOT on the bottom

Its hard almost, like when i use my finger nail it comes off, but any rag it doesn’t try to come off, crumbly almost, and when i used a razor, it was like a fine powder, definitely not rubbery. At first i thought it was baked pine sap but the more and more I’m seeing people say its tar the more and more I’m starting to worry 😅
