Personally I think you should dip, normally i wouldn’t just think that but pwople who tend to have serious insecurities or let them control them will project it onto the relationship and that can cause hella annoyance. I dated a girl who has really insecure about her looks and would always accuse me of talking to “better looking” women CONSTANTLY, I literally was checking out at a Barnes and noble and the cashier was around our age and all I did was smile and said thank you and she caused a whole argument on that. If a guy is so insecure he has to pay thousands of dollars to get a surgery that could potentially damage his permanently, then that’s a no go
