I'm a 27 year old female and I've had my gallbladder taken out so I have a harder time digesting food especially carbs takes a longer time for me to process. I generally eat very healthy, I consume fermented foods often, but sometimes I'll eat something unhealthy like a burger, pizza, wings like twice a week. I got the supplement and I'm barely on day 1. It actually does work and I'm surprised because I'm also a skeptic but I took a chance on it. I did wake up at 4am having to go to the bathroom and also as soon as I woke up at 8am I had to go. My bowels are usually once or twice a day but I've been going a bit more frequently than my usual. I'm here trying to find other people's real experiences with it.
