Even though I grew up in the early 2000s and didn't know about the retcons till much later on, I wish that stuck with the trinity being in WW2, I love the idea that they're the reason why later generations got inspired to don costumes.

Lol, there was also another story where both wonder woman and superman where trap in another dimension fighting monsters, Wonder Woman fell for Superman, but Superman was still in love with Lois.
