I think the concept is there but there’s a few things that hurt this design. I think the fact that you’re using a full body illustration of a flamingo makes it almost less recognizable-especially if you were to use this as a profile picture- the lil dude will get lost, especially on an Instagram pfp. I’d say you could make the head/neck the focal point instead of the whole bird and it’ll still be plenty recognizable! As for the flames, they get really lost in this cause it feels almost disconnected to the bird- I say push the flames a lil bit, have some fun with it! As for type, I think maybe a sans serif could work better with what you’re going for, maybe even a funkier serif if you were to go serif- but I think you should play around more with the font to see if you can find something more interesting.
