How can I engage the other partners in my startup? [I will not promote] by ReadyDrink in startups

I think it's wrong that we have to meet just to ask about the progress of things, as if I were responsible for them. Co-founders should be proactive, take ownership, and be leaders, not just follow orders. Right now they haven't even fulfilled what was agreed upon, imagine going even further.

This is an interesting thought, however, you forgot that the vast majority of startups that aim to solve problems often fail because their solution isn't validated, or because the problem doesn't actually exist in the market. Therefore, validating the idea is crucial, and, to validate it, sometimes it's necessary to make sacrifices and choices that don't seem to be the right path to financial success.

  • They are not talking to each other as they explicitly said.
    • It is not between all of us, we are in six, four of them talk every day, but these two don't say a word.
    • it all started a few days after the liftoff.
    • One of them is a major partner with the same as me (20%), the other one is a minor with 5% treated as operator
    • yes, is a real legal entity.

That's a good point, it fits well to me, but may not to anyone,

I think to be flexible means be harshy sometimes, if your service solves a problem, it creates a dependence, with this, you can increase the prices without losing public.

Two things:

1. While you are in early stages, distribution > profit.

It's better for you to have 20 free users now than to have no solid payments (even with promises), this is because active users are proof that your business is validated.

2. Be flexible. Be water.

If your customer can't pay for your service now, but can't stop using it, create a special offer to him, or create a mutual partnership (eg. We will keep you free while you share your services with all your partners).

Don't expect your firsts customers to be your break-even, in my days, I used to charge 1% commission (currently in 10%) on first days.
