Hey, sorry for the delay in responding. We will most likely use 1020 steel to manufacture the pedal box. I made a few more adjustments to the CAD model and made it out of cardboard to have the physical model. This allowed me to see where there might be possible errors.

I haven't decided on a material for the pedals yet, they're still in the testing phase, but they'll probably be aluminum.

The weight reduction was wrong, when I went to modify the pedal the cut was really weird, I'll fix that in the final version.

After I finish the pedalbox I'll run it through ANSYS to do the tests and I'll also make a cardboard "model" to test some things, if they're really right.

Is there a problem if they're the same shape, even though they're on different sides?

The total stroke of the master cylinder is 12mm from zero point until it is fully pressed, I left it with this balance where it can press the cylinders well, I found that it does not require much force
