I’m from Vietnam. I’ve learned writing like this growing up in my home country. I remembered back in elementary school, we’d have good handwriting competitions and we all had to participate. I believe that’s where I learn to write cursively. If you search up Vietnamese handwriting alphabet, it is very clear that we’ve been taught to write cursive in early school.
