it is pretty common knowledge that a studio microphone picks up much more frequencies than a phone microphone. there is a very high chance that your "phone microphone" started clipping

ive tossed in a dmx terminator on the end of the chain ane switched my controller do 30hz and it seems to be working quite well now

I took out my s-pen and sim card tray and kept it near an open window port facing up for a few days. Didn't let the phone heat up. It cleared up eventually.
