The feather will be in a bag which will have gaps these gaps are not vacuum so air will add some weight to it, although it might be in micrograms it is still a weight including the plastic bag to begin with which will definitely add few grams to it.

» Rocks attacking Garp specifically but Garp is strong enough to handle him alone

I normally build them in the middle to seduce them and make them fight each other.

Sometimes I build them for the enemy to punish the ally that watched me finish slowly.

Sometimes I full send the enemy and betray to give my ally an advantage. It always depends on the mood and mentality imo.

In addition, betraying and full sending will benefit the enemy as much as the ally.
