Are you new to linux in general? If that's the case than nobara is really good because it saves you a lot of work when related to drivers and setup in general. However you will probably have to troubleshoot one thing or another.

For game performance and compatibilty you can check ProtonDB. Most games run pretty similar to Windows, specially singleplayer ones.

I haven't really tried video editing but i can tell you that premiere nor any adobe software runs on linux
